The RDLC building was designed to create an environment that naturally supports the academic, social, and personal growth of all learners. 

The sensory room is a place where students can come if they need a space to take a break and work on self-regulation techniques. This space has access to an interactive monitor, adjustable lighting, mats, swings, trampoline and a variety of sensory tools.

The RDLC has a life skills room that includes an oven, stove top, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer. This space allows students to work on life skills and vocational tasks.

The RDLC has a gym provided with adjustable basketball hoops, tracks for bicycles and multiple pieces of adapted physical education equipment.

Kitchen for student life skillsRDLC has its own cafeteria with options for different size seats and tables to appropriately fit students' needs. This space also has access to adjustable lighting, a bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen.
